I currently work for an online course creator who teaches people how to start and launch profitable t-shirt or apparel businesses with print-on-demand. I edit his course content, manage his social media and groups, and also build Shopify stores for his students.

I currently work for an online course creator who teaches people how to start and launch profitable t-shirt or apparel businesses with print-on-demand. I edit his course content, manage his social media and groups, and also build Shopify stores for his students.
My favorite part of my job is designing for my boss's students. When they come to him, they are usually starting brand new businesses from the ground up. While he teaches them how to set up a Shopify store for themselves, many people can't get past this step. I provide help jumping this hurtle.

When they opt for a Store Build, I send them a form where I gather some introductory information and then design 3 t-shirt designs, an optional logo, and their entire site. I elect and produce imagery using Photoshop, install the products and additional software, write copy, and modify layout. I have completed almost 20 stores over the past year but this store I am showcasing is my all time favorite.

STORE BUILDS
Below are a few of the t-shirt designs I created for the same student using Illustrator. All of these designs are customizable to include the customer's name and year of twice with a software install to Shopify. I loved this idea as a perfect gift for any dad or grill lover and am really happy with how these turned out. Next up is the final result, beware my client added some of his own designs to the site, but you can get a general idea of how it all came together!

My boss is in a very typical 30 year old entrepreneur and can be all over the place sometimes. He's always coming up with a new course, new Youtube subset, new training ad-on etc. Try as I might he doesn't ever trust my word to make them coordinate a little better. However, I still think they stand alone pretty nicely. All rendered with Illustrator + Photoshop.
SPIN-OFFS
The silliest part of my job is making these Youtube thumbnails every week, but hey, you gotta stand out! They are the face of the 30+ minute long videos I edit each week and I certainly want people to watch. Made in Photoshop.

Can't leave out the obligatory social pics! I created a consistent look for these posts I try to follow for his social media and have been rolling with it. I like to keep these in a big Adobe XD file to manage my grid!
